Project Deliverance©: Don't be fooled

Dear Peoples,

Through the years I have done many different sports. Football, Cycling, and Backpacking are the sports I love most. However, with my busy life it is hard to continue to do those sports. This forced me to learn how to workout on my own. I ran and did calisthenics most of the time. However, I would find that I lost motivation to continue to work out.

I first tried working out with friends but that didn't work because two people can loose interest is easy as one. Eventually I found a group of people that wished to better themselves through rigorous training. This group is named Project Deliverance©.

For those unaware of the new fitness craze that companies like Gym Jones© and P90X© have started. The theory behind Gym Jones© and P90X© is that rigorous circuit training will create an unparalleled fitness level. This theory is correct. Through dedicated circuit training you can gain a phenomenal fitness level in any discipline.

The next question your undoubtedly have is "why is there a problem?"

I do not have a problem with Gym Jones© or P90X©. They are both respectable companies that treat their trainees well. However, there is a very obvious problem with Project Deliverance©.

In the early days of Project Deliverance© the leader of PD©, who will remain nameless, treated everyone like a friend and claimed that the members of Project Deliverance© were a gang of sorts that would be taken care of by PD© and were encouraged by PD©'s Leader to create Project Deliverance© franchises around the country.

Many of us were fooled and PD© Missou and PD© STLCOP/SLU were created. PD© Missou became rather successful and had 4 or 5 regular members. None of which payed to the Central PD© Location but where nevertheless a part of PD©. PD© STLCOP/SLU was an idea that I and another PD© member planned to implement. PD© STLCOP/SLU never took off. No meetings were ever scheduled.

The next important happening in the world of PD© was the Airsoft Incedent. This incident was what finally brought the internal turmoil that PD© was inflamed with.

During the Midterms of Fall 2009 a now former member of PD© posted this picture

Several hours after this picture was posted on Facebook a central member of PD© said something to the effect of "Why are you guys still playing in your backyard, your never going to get girls this way, grow up" I removed some of the more vulgur obsenities. A epic shit storm then started. The leader of PD© then agreed with the first post under the picture and spoke against one of his own dedicated athletes. After a day there were more that 30 posts. I personally recieved calls and text messages from both parties as well as many facebook messages. All of this was happening at the same time as Midterms in most colleges. Most PD© members are college students.

After the dust settled around the situation 3 members of PD© were banned from the organization. I did my best to stay out of it but I sided with the victims and told the leader of PD© that he was wrong and that it was wrong to harrass his members.

The leader of PD© took me off of his site and I had began to stop hanging around with members of PD©. I hung out with the people that had been booted.

I am angered by the injustice of the whole thing becouse the members that had been booted did nothing wrong and were very supportive of PD©. I posted the below video

The leader of PD© found this video and immediatly started picking on the booted members, especially the former member who posted the picture.

The leader of PD© and some of his favorite members came into the former members place of work and threatend police intervention, lawsuit, and physically violence.

The Leader and several members of PD© are now banned from a food joint near the PD© gym.

Since this event I advised the booted members to refuse contact with the leader of PD© or any other PD© members.

I do recognize that the above video doesn't respect the copyright of PD©. All of the pictures were taken from Google Picture Search and were meant to be cursory images of the workouts that PD© does.

As you can see. I now respect the copyright of PD© and any other offiliates.

I do not and I will not retract my statement. Project Deliverance© is a harmful organization that misleads athletes inorder to take their hard earned cash. Throughout the duration of my time at PD©, paying members were forced to buy Concert Tickets, T-Shirts, and generally waste their time and money on an organization that does not respect them.

The training the PD© offers is good. However the leader and upper members of Project Deliverance© do not care about lower members. I would suggest that if you use PD© you do so with caution. I would suggest that you do not get socially involved with them and disapear as soon as your workout is over. PD© is not your friend. They do not care about you. They never will
